At the Control-Expert Days, Atlas Copco will present the Quality Integrated Ecosystem (QIE) — a digitally connected quality and production system that links all quality relevant processes in industrial assembly: from tightening operations and production data to quality inspection. At its core is the scalable Smart Factory platform, which seamlessly connects assembly and quality applications.
By combining visual inspection, intelligent decision logic, and systematic traceability, quality deviations can be detected early, errors reliably prevented, and production processes sustainably optimized. The interaction of modern technologies creates a holistic approach that drives efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement.
